By accessing or using MiroFish, you agree to these Terms. If you are using MiroFish for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Using MiroFish

MiroFish provides tools for multi-agent simulation, scenario exploration, prediction reports, and related analysis. You are responsible for the prompts, seed data, files, configurations, and decisions you bring to the service.

You agree to use MiroFish only in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, and any product-specific documentation or order form that applies to your account.

Acceptable use

Outputs and decisions

MiroFish outputs are generated by probabilistic AI systems and simulations. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific decision. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, applying human judgment, and validating important conclusions before acting on them.

Accounts, plans, and payments

Some features may require an account, paid plan, enterprise agreement, or hosted deployment. Fees, limits, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and support commitments may be described in the relevant checkout flow, order form, invoice, or written agreement.

Open-source and self-hosted use

MiroFish may include open-source software distributed under its own license terms, including AGPL-3.0 components. Your use of open-source or self-hosted versions is governed by the applicable repository license and documentation, while hosted services remain subject to these Terms.

Intellectual property

MiroFish, the website, hosted service, branding, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for MiroFish to process that content and provide the service.

Disclaimers and limits

MiroFish is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent allowed by law, MiroFish disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as MiroFish changes. When changes are material, we will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
